General Terms

Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each user may register only one account. Creating more than one account under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If a user is found to have multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any accumulated balance may be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Any unauthorized access must be reported to us immediately. 999x0 is not responsible for any loss caused by third-party access.

3.3 Updating Information

If any of your personal details change (such as phone number, email, or payment account), please notify our support team immediately. 999x0 reserves the right to block account verification and suspend withdrawals in cases where false or incomplete information is provided.

  • The name provided at registration and the name on the payment method must be identical.
  • An active mobile number and email address are required for communication.
  • Documents required for account verification (KYC) may need to be submitted.
  • Transferring or selling an account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 10 times (10x).

  • Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳2,000 → Total balance ৳3,000.
  • Example 2: Deposit ৳12,000 → Bonus ৳10,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳22,000.
  • The welcome bonus can be claimed only once per member.
  • Wagering must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • 999x0 reserves the right to cancel a bonus in cases of fraudulent activity.

4.2 VIP Cashback

The 999x0 VIP program has four tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
  • Silver: Up to 0.4% cashback per week.
  • Gold: Up to 0.6% cashback per week.
  • Platinum: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

  • Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless specifically approved.
  • Certain games or betting markets may be excluded from bonus funds.
  • 999x0 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 999x0 are processed through secure and encrypted channels.

5.1 Deposits

Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
  • The name on the deposit account and the 999x0 account must be the same.
  • Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.

5.2 Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours.
  • Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
  • KYC verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
  • Withdrawals may be held if bonus wagering has not been completed.
  • Withdrawals may be suspended while suspicious activity is under investigation.

8.2 Detection of Fraudulent Activity

If fraud is proven through the investigation, all deposited funds and bonuses will be forfeited and the account will be permanently closed.

Suspension & Account Closure

10.1 Closure by User

  • Violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
  • Providing false information or identity fraud.
  • Operating multiple accounts.
  • Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
  • False information regarding age.

10.3 Balance of Closed Accounts

The balance of an account closed due to a violation of the terms and conditions may be forfeited. Information from closed accounts may be retained for as long as necessary to meet legal obligations.

Limitation of Liability

999x0 accepts no liability for the following:

  • Interruption to a gaming session due to loss of internet connection or technical failure.
  • Any loss caused by errors in third-party game software.
  • Issues with the user's own device or network.
  • Loss resulting from account access by an unauthorized third party.
  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, war, cyberattacks, etc.).

11.1 Limit of Compensation
